The Role

As our customer base continues to grow, we are looking for a Solutions Engineer to help customers successfully implement, deploy, and adopt MXMZ. In this role you will serve as the technical bridge between our customers, commercial team, product team, and development team. You will be responsible for guiding customers through onboarding, implementation, training, and go-live, while also supporting pre-sales activities and technical project delivery.

You will work closely with some of the world’s leading broadcasters, production companies, and media organizations while helping shape the future of MXMZ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create Statements of Work (SOWs) and implementation plans for customer projects;
  • Execute customer implementations, including platform configuration, workflow setup, integrations, testing and training;
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and discovery sessions;
  • Gather customer feedback and translate requirements into actionable input for Product and Development teams;
  • Represent MXMZ at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and trade shows;
  • Open and available to travel as required to support customer deployments, training sessions, workshops, project implementations, partner engagements, and industry events. Depending on customer and project requirements, this role may require up to 50% travel during peak periods.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Broadcast Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Technical Project Manager, Support Engineer, or similar;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Comfortable speaking with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects;
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to confidently present, train, and communicate with customers and partners;
  • Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, German, or French, are considered a strong advantage;
  • Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role.

Relevant Technical Experience

  • Software installation, deployment, and configuration;
  • IP networking fundamentals and troubleshooting;
  • Cloud-based software platforms and workflow integrations;
  • Customer training, onboarding, and technical support;
  • Product demonstrations and pre-sales activities;
  • Technical support, implementation, or systems integration projects;
  • Experience with live graphics, automation, newsroom, playout, or production systems is considered a strong advantage.
